Clayton and Calvin were respectful and professional folks. On time to the job. Had received a call when they were on their way. They let me know exactly what would happen before the project started. They also explained in detail what was happening through out the process. We’re experts at their craft and we’re able to answer any questions I had. There was instant visible improvement in the leveling of my floor. There was some miscommunication between the salesmen and Clayton and Calvin. But we’re great businessmen and kept their word on what business was agreed upon. They want their work to make customers happy and it clearly showed.
