- Cycle and water test sump pump systems
- Clean pump liner
- Flush and flood test as needed
- Evaluate discharge lines
DEHUMIDIFICATION
- Check relative humidity setting
- Inspect and clean filter
- Inspect and clean entire unit as needed
FLOOR SUPPORTS
- Check elevations and make any necessary adjustments
- Check wood moisture content
- Check crawl space relative humidity
