What Are Push Piers?

The patented Push Pier system is an exclusive foundation solution offered only by TFS and our network partner, Supportworks. The Push Pier System permanently stabilizes your home’s foundation. In many cases it can even lift your home back to level. Galvanized steel tube sections are hydraulically driven through steel foundation brackets to reach the depths of competent load-bearing strata. They’re locked into place and the weight of your home is transferred from the original, unstable soils, through the piers, to the competent soil or bedrock.

Why You Need Push Piers

After a home is constructed, changes in the surrounding soil are the primary cause of foundation settlement. Extreme moisture changes, such as drought conditions or oversaturation, along with poorly compacted fill soils, create soil movement. That movement shifts and settles your home, causing cracked walls, uneven floors, and a sinking foundation.
