The TFS crew of Braxton, Daniel, and Dalton just completed some warranty work of leveling and caulking on both my driveway and my front steps. The work was efficient and effective and I will rest better knowing that it is structurally sound. I also appreciate that there is some continuity of personnel as Braxton was the original installer from nearly two years ago. It’s important to me that companies take care of their personnel which reinforces trust in the organization as a whole.
