I started my journey with TFS in August 2020. I have had a lot of recurring issues. TFS has always been here too repair things for me with my home and are always courteous and professional. I did however want to give a shout out to Trey Livingston. He has done work for me on several occasions and is a person I completely trust to do the job right. Trey just doesn’t do a job but explains to me why he is doing it. That builds a lot of trust with me and people like him. He is very patient and despite his busy schedule he won’t leave until my questions are answered and I am completely satisfied with the work. I am not sure what your pay him but it needs to be more. He needs to be training people on the work and teaching associates on communicating with the client. He is an asset to your company and should be rewarded.
