Due to Customer not residing at this residence, the challenge is going to be great communication as far as what we are doing and when he needs to be there, stay on top of things as far as letting him know when stuff needs moved, when we are doing projects and appropriate time frames.

Solution

TFS Foundation System.

We are using Helical Lateral Piers to Permanently Stabilize his Concrete Pads that new deck is standing on attached to the Home and help prevent any further lateral movement, Installing Push Piers to fix the Settling of the actual Home’s Foundation, then finally installing tons of Polylevel to fill any voids and lift all concrete
