Our salesman, Nathan was very nice and wasn’t pushy at all. He even came out a second time to talk to my husband. The crew arrived yesterday to stabilize and lift our home. Clayton, the crew leader called the day before to confirm. He called the first and second morning of the job to let me know they were on their way as well. He and Jace came into the house and did their assessment and spoke to both me and my husband to make sure we both understood everything they were going to do. I was very stressed because of the whole situation and they totally put me at ease. The entire crew, Clayton, Jace, Brody, and Kristoff did an amazing job in a timely manner finishing a day early. They were friendly, professional and showed great work ethic. Communication was awesome. The whole experience was positive. While I am glad the job is done, I hated to see them go.
