For the sixth consecutive year, The Foundation Specialists (TFS) proudly participated in The Shoot, an annual sporting clay event held at the Nashville Gun Club benefiting Lily’s Garden Pediatric Leukemia Program at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. This year was special for TFS. TFS was honored to send two teams to join fellow businesses, community leaders, and supporters from across Middle Tennessee. Together, they supported an incredible cause.
Supporting a Meaningful Mission
The Shoot is more than a sporting clay competition—it’s an opportunity for the community to come together. As a result, they make a lasting impact on the lives of children battling leukemia and their families. Since its inception, the event has become one of Middle Tennessee’s premier charitable fundraisers. It helps raise awareness and critical funding for pediatric leukemia care, research, and support services.
Hosted annually at the Nashville Gun Club, The Shoot attracts participants from across the region. They share a common goal: supporting children receiving treatment through Lily’s Garden Pediatric Leukemia Program at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.
More Than $3 Million Raised for Pediatric Leukemia Care
Over the years, The Shoot has raised more than $3 million to support pediatric leukemia research, treatment advancements, patient care initiatives, and family support programs. These funds help provide resources that improve the lives of children and families facing one of life’s most difficult challenges.
The continued success of the event demonstrates the power of community involvement. Furthermore, it shows the positive impact local businesses can make when they come together in support of a meaningful cause.

This year’s event was especially meaningful as TFS proudly fielded two teams. This allowed even more employees to participate and contribute to the event’s mission.
